Join our Team!

We always welcome new team members! Come join us. We practice every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30 pm. Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to warm up.

What to bring

  • Sunblock

  • Bottled water (1 to 3 depending on the heat index)

  • Sunglasses with securing strap

  • Secure hat or visor

  • Towel

  • Change of clothes – dry shoes or sandals

  • Boating Butt Pad or a Gardner's kneeling pad to sit on for padding

What to wear

You will be on water so be prepared to get a little wet!

  • Quick-dry shorts and a tee shirt/tank top

  • Sandals, boat shoes or old sneakers

  • Jacket and long pants (if it is cold outside)

  • Biking Gloves
